Criminix Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to the Criminix mobile application, developed and operated by Iskren Nekovar, based in Bulgaria.
March 21, 2026
No player sign-up required
Players can use Criminix without creating a mandatory player account or submitting direct registration details.
Firebase diagnostics
Usage and stability information may be processed through Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics.
Local and synced progress
Game progress is stored on-device and some device-linked state may also sync to our backend services.
1. Information We Collect
We do not require players to submit direct personally identifiable information to use the Criminix mobile application. However, certain information may be collected automatically when the app is used.
Usage data. App interactions, session activity, feature usage, crash reports, and related technical diagnostics may be collected through Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to help us improve the app.
Device and progress data. The app stores gameplay progress locally on your device and may associate progress with an app-generated device identifier so progress can be restored or synced between sessions.
Purchase data. If paid features, in-app purchases, or subscriptions are enabled in a future or limited release, transaction processing will be handled by Google Play and/or an authorized billing partner. We do not store payment card information directly.
Admin account data. For authorized internal admin users only, we process login email addresses and password hashes to secure the Criminix admin panel.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to operate and improve the app, maintain and restore game progress, analyze usage patterns, investigate technical issues, and secure the service.
If purchases or subscriptions are activated, transaction-related data will be used only to support those features and the related entitlement flow.
3. Third-Party Services
Criminix currently uses Google Firebase Analytics and Google Firebase Crashlytics for analytics and crash reporting.
The app and its supporting services may also rely on hosting, database, and media-delivery providers to deliver case content and operate the backend.
The current live build does not include an active Google AdMob ad flow or a live RevenueCat subscription flow. If advertising, billing, or subscription systems are introduced later, this policy will be updated before or when those features go live.
4. Data Storage
Game progress is stored locally on your device using app storage so the app can remember your state between sessions.
Some device-linked gameplay state may also sync to our backend services so progress can continue across launches and so we can support the product operationally.
We do not store payment card information on our own servers.
5. Children's Privacy and Age Restriction
The app is intended for users aged 18 and older.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe that a person under 18 has provided data through the service, please contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
6. Your Rights
You may request deletion of data associated with your device-linked gameplay state or authorized admin account by contacting us.
You can also clear local app data or uninstall the app to remove information stored directly on your device.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page together with an updated "Last updated" date.
